VJ Special Forces Returns With a Modern Format

VJ Special Forces Returns has joined the regular KBS LIFE schedule, bringing back a familiar field-reporting format with a contemporary presentation.

The original KBS program ended in 2018. A pilot revival aired in December, and the audience response led to a regular weekly slot beginning in March.

Presenter Lee Jung-min, closely associated with the earlier program's most popular period, leads the new edition. Her brisk and direct style provides continuity for returning viewers.

Veteran voice actor Park Ki-ryang and narrator Lee Sun-joo add another link to the program's history. Their narration accompanies reports that turn everyday workplaces, foods and local scenes into fast-moving documentary stories.

The revived program airs on Saturday evenings and aims to balance nostalgia with updated production methods.
